Interface with central ERP

merces retail solutions are designed to easily interface with existing ERP and CRM systems. 

For example, Bose uses SAP as its central ERP- and CRM-system. SAP interfaces with the merces central server which, in turn, runs merces retail solutions to interface with the stores. No changes to SAP are necessary. merces POS interfaces online with SAP for client information. 

Freitag bags uses ProConzept, an Oracle-based central ERP from Sage. merces retail solutions also interface nicely with this application. 

Microsoft Navision, Axapta oder Dynamics may be linked with merces retail solutions via XML- or other data base interfaces. Interface transactions are automatic, transparent and protocolled.
